These terms relate only to the public website. Separate contractual terms apply if you buy or use TalkLayr telephony, AI or other services. Nothing on this website by itself creates a customer service contract, service-level commitment or guarantee of service availability.

We aim to keep information useful and accurate. TalkLayr is actively developed, so features, availability, prices and other information may change. Planned, configurable or integration-dependent functionality may depend on the service, configuration or commercial arrangement. Confirm important requirements with us before relying on them.

We do not promise every piece of content will always be complete, current or free from error.

Pricing and website availability

Website prices should be read with the relevant pricing information and exclusions. A website price does not override a later written quotation, order or customer agreement. Taxes, usage outside included allowance, hardware, number porting, international calls, AI and other additional services may be charged separately where stated.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the public website. We do not guarantee the public website itself will always be available or uninterrupted.
